The NIBP air circuit assembly for the Mindray N1 monitor is a disassembled accessory used for non-invasive blood pressure measurement. This functional used component connects the NIBP pump, cuff, and pressure sensor to form a complete gas flow and signal transmission channel.
Featuring a modular design that fits the compact structure of the N1 monitor, this assembly ensures tight and stable gas transmission for accurate blood pressure measurements.
- Gas Transmission and Sealing: Sealed tube ensures sufficient pressure during measurement for accurate pressure fluctuation capture
- Pressure Signal Transmission: Prevents signal attenuation or distortion during cuff deflation
- One-way Flow Control: Integrated valve prevents pressure drops and ensures steady cuff pressure increase
- Connectivity: Standardized interface allows quick docking with NIBP pumps and cuffs (tensile strength ≥ 50N)

A1: Slow cuff inflation, sudden pressure drop during measurement, monitor displaying "Insufficient Pressure," or measurement failure may indicate a leak.
A2: Replace when: ① Airway surface is hardened, cracked, or inner wall is sticking; ② Connector is worn causing loose insertion; ③ Surface damage from repeated disinfection affects biocompatibility.
A3: Wipe surface and connector with 75% alcohol after each use (prevent interior seepage). Weekly check for kinks/blockages with air blow test. Store away from sunlight and oils.
