Q1: Abnormal colors, ghosting, or noise in the image?
A1: Check if the coupling agent is expired/deteriorated; replace with fresh coupling agent. Check for and shut down electromagnetic interference sources near the host unit. If it's a software malfunction, upgrade the system. If it's a hardware malfunction, stop using it immediately and repair it.
Q2: The probe passes the self-test after connecting to the host unit but freezes when switching to intracavitary mode?
A2: Check if the host unit has sufficient memory; free up the running memory. Check if the cable is intact and undamaged; replace it immediately if any abnormalities are found.
Q3: The probe starts slowly and the image has noise when used in low-temperature environments (such as operating rooms)?
A3: Avoid direct exposure of the probe to low-temperature environments. Preheat it in a 37°C constant temperature chamber for 5 minutes before use. Low temperatures can reduce the fluidity of the coupling agent; use a low-temperature-specific coupling agent to ensure good coupling between the acoustic window and the skin.
