Description

This oval-shaped mounting frame is located inside the Mindray AG module, between the front panel and internal components. Made of high-quality plastic, it is sturdy, durable, and not easily damaged. The frame has four mounting screw holes and two front panel mounting screw holes, ensuring a secure hold and preventing loosening, displacement, or falling. It uses a fixed water collection cup to collect condensate by gravity, ensuring the expensive anesthetic gas monitoring module is not corroded by liquids, while also guaranteeing the stability and accuracy of the monitoring data.

During anesthetic gas monitoring, the patient's exhaled gas is typically warm and contains a large amount of moisture (water vapor). When this warm, humid gas flows through the monitoring chamber located inside the AG module or in the sampling pipeline, the water vapor quickly condenses into liquid water due to the lower ambient temperature. The water collection cup intercepts this moisture, collecting the condensate generated during monitoring to prevent water accumulation in the sampling pipeline and causing gas path blockage, ensuring smooth extraction and analysis of gas samples. The water collection cup holder's function is to fix the water collection cup in place, ensuring it is in the correct position and preventing condensate from flowing back into the expensive core chamber of the AG monitoring module or the infrared light source component.

Very Easy to Install:

- Use a tool to open the module housing and locate the old bracket, behind the water cup holder.

- Unscrew the two screws on the front panel where the water cup holder is located, and the four screws securing the internal bracket.

- Remove the old bracket, place the new bracket in its original position, tighten all screws, and close the housing.

- Gently shake to ensure the bracket is securely fixed. Installation complete.
