Mindray AG Module Accessories Gas Pipeline Interface Components For Anesthesia Gas Monitoring
Mindray AG Module Accessories Gas Pipeline Interface Components For Anesthesia Gas Monitoring
- Product Description
Pipeline Interface Components are core consumables for Mindray's anesthetic gas monitoring system.
The components consist of a transparent medical-grade sampling tube and a precision metal interface, perfectly adapting to the module's "Gas Inlet" port and the patient's breathing circuit.
It creates a leak-free gas transmission channel between modules:
the sampling tube precisely delivers the patient's exhaled/inhaled gases (containing CO₂, anesthetics, etc.) into the analyzer, while the sealed interface ensures no gas leakage or contamination, guaranteeing real-time and accurate monitoring data.
The product is made of medical-grade silicone and can be sterilized with ethylene oxide.

- User Guide
-
1. Installation:
Insert one end of the tubing into the "Gas Inlet" port of the gas module and rotate clockwise until it locks in place; connect the other end to the condensate cup or breathing circuit, ensuring there is no twisting or compression.
-
2. Usage:
Regularly check the tubing for blockages (it is recommended to check the condensate level every 2 hours). If the condensate level in the condensate cup exceeds half its capacity, empty it promptly.
-
3. Disinfection before and after use:
Before reuse, wipe the interface and outer surface of the tubing with 75% alcohol, or sterilize with ethylene oxide (sterilization method: temperature reaches 55℃, ethylene oxide concentration 800mg/L, sterilization time 3 hours).
- Tips
① Before installation, please ensure the gas module power is off;
② Insert one end of the interface into the module's "Gas Inlet". A "click" sound indicates successful locking;
③ Connect the other end to the patient, ensuring the tubing is not tangled and that it is at least 20cm away from the patient's face to prevent the circuit from being broken due to the patient's movements.
