- Product Description
The Gas Piping Components are the gas sampling tubing system for the AG module (anesthesia gas monitoring module), and are disposable consumables. They consist of a transparent medical-grade PVC tubing, a metal braided mesh, and an L-shaped plastic connector.
As the core transmission component for lateral flow gas monitoring, it is responsible for stably transmitting the patient's respiratory gases (through the endotracheal tube/mask sampling port) to the AG module analyzer. The outer metal braided mesh enhances pressure resistance, preventing tubing twisting/flattening; the L-shaped plastic connectors connect the breathing circuit and the analyzer at both ends, ensuring the integrity of the gas sample and the accuracy of the detection.
It can be directly used in operating rooms (ORs) and intensive care units (ICUs) for monitoring anesthesia depth and end-tidal carbon dioxide (EtCO₂) monitoring, enabling non-invasive, micro-volume gas sampling in conjunction with the AG module.

- Installation Steps
1. Check Packaging: Confirm the sterilization label is valid and the packaging is undamaged.
2. Connect to Patient End: Insert the L-shaped connector into the sampling port of the endotracheal tube/mask, ensuring a seal.
3. Connect to Device End: Insert the other L-shaped connector into the "Gas In" port of the AG module. A "click" sound indicates it is locked.
4. Secure Tubing: Secure the braided mesh section to the support with cable ties to prevent sagging or tangling.
5. Start Monitoring: After powering on, enter the AG module menu, select "Gas Sampling" to start monitoring, and observe whether the waveform is normal.
