Mindray Umec 12 Display Screen Original New BA121S01-100 Medical Patient Monitor Part
Mindray Umec 12 Display Screen Original New BA121S01-100 Medical Patient Monitor Part
Display Introduction:
This display features a neat rectangular structure. The front boasts a 12.1-inch black LCD panel with a coated surface to reduce light reflection interference in clinical environments. The panel is surrounded by a metal frame with pre-drilled positioning holes for compatible device brackets. The back panel uses a metal heat dissipation plate with an insulating protective layer and standard mounting screw holes along the edges. Two dedicated ribbon cables extend from the back panel: one for display signal transmission and the other for backlight power supply. The cables are equipped with anti-detachment clips at the ends to ensure connection stability. Designed specifically for the Umec 12 monitor, its dimensions and interfaces are perfectly compatible, making it a directly replaceable core display component.
Functions:
1. Real-time display of ECG waveforms; simultaneous monitoring of key vital signs such as ECG, respiration, NIBP, SpO2, and body temperature, making it easy for medical staff to understand at a glance.
2. Includes a user interface for the device, featuring parameter settings, alarm prompts, and function switching, offering a rich and diverse range of functions to meet clinical needs.
3. The color panel provides accurate color reproduction, delicate waveform lines, and clear numerical values. It supports multi-parameter simultaneous display and waveform zooming, making clinical observation more efficient.
Display Screen:
This patient monitor adopts a high-resolution TFT LCD to display patient parameters and waveforms. A typical display screen is shown below.

Troubleshooting:
If abnormal backlight brightness or color distortion is detected, the display driver module of the main unit should be checked simultaneously to avoid misdiagnosing the problem as a display screen malfunction.
If screen flickering or blackouts occur during operation, first check for loose interface connections. Do not frequently plug or unplug cables or force restart the device to avoid further damage to components.
When the display screen malfunctions, it must be inspected by qualified medical equipment repair personnel. Do not attempt to disassemble the internal structure of the panel yourself to prevent damage to the LCD module or backlight assembly.
Note:
· The storage environment must be kept dry and well-ventilated. Avoid high temperatures (>40℃), high humidity (>80% RH), and strong magnetic fields to prevent panel aging, backlight module moisture damage, or signal interference.
· When cleaning the panel surface, use a dry, dust-free soft cloth to gently wipe. For stubborn stains, you can wipe with 70% medical alcohol. Do not use chlorine-containing cleaners or corrosive liquids to prevent coating peeling and panel corrosion.
· Do not touch or scratch the display panel with sharp objects (such as pen tips or instruments) to avoid damaging the anti-glare coating and causing liquid crystal leakage.
