PHiliph VM6 Patient Monitor Mainboard Motherboard Old Version 453564010761 M882900190
Product Introduction
This motherboard is a core component of the PHiliph SureSigns VM6 multi-parameter patient monitor. The VM6 monitor continuously monitors the patient's NBP, IBP, SpO2, ECG, and temperature, and the coordinated operation of all these functions depends on the stable operation of this motherboard.
As the core hardware platform of the entire device, it is responsible for unified power management, processing all physiological parameter data, coordinating communication between various functional modules, and driving the display. If it malfunctions, the entire device may fail to power on, repeatedly restart, or exhibit multiple abnormal parameters. This board can be used for repair and replacement to ensure the stable operation of the VM6 monitor.
Functions
1. Core Power Supply: The motherboard receives DC voltage from the power supply board and, through its internal DC-DC conversion circuit, generates and distributes various precision voltages such as 12V, 5V, and 3.3V to provide stable power to all sub-modules, including the ECG/respiratory panel, pulse oximeter, and blood pressure unit. It also manages the charging of the built-in lithium battery.
2. System Data Processing: It serves as the operating system and data processing center for the monitor. User commands via the rotary knob or touchscreen are ultimately responded to and executed by the motherboard. It coordinates the synchronous acquisition, calculation, and analysis of parameters such as ECG, NBP, SPO2 , ECG and IBP.
3. Signal Interface Control: The motherboard integrates a series of key signal processing circuits. For example, during non-invasive blood pressure measurement, the signal from the cuff pressure sensor is transmitted to a dedicated amplification circuit on the motherboard for processing. Furthermore, the motherboard manages all external interfaces, including the USB upgrade port, Ethernet port, and nurse call interface, ensuring normal data output and communication.

Usage and Maintenance Precautions
1. Important Note: The motherboard is a core component of medical devices containing delicate circuitry. Any operation must be performed by a qualified medical device engineer.
2. Strict Power-Off Procedure: Before disassembling or installing the motherboard, ensure the monitor is completely powered off and disconnect the power cord and internal battery. Operating with power on is highly likely to damage the motherboard or related modules.
3. Handle Connectors with Care: The motherboard contains numerous ribbon cables and connectors. Use appropriate force when plugging and unplugging; hold the connector body, not pull the cable, and ensure proper alignment to avoid bending or damaging the pins.
4. Avoid Physical Damage: The components on the motherboard are densely packed; never subject the motherboard to any bending, impact, or pressure. Use a dedicated anti-static packaging box for handling and storage.
5. Identify the Root Cause of the Fault: Motherboard failures (such as failure to power on or restart) sometimes stem from a malfunction in the power supply board. Before replacing the motherboard, a system check must be performed according to the repair manual to rule out problems with the power supply board and other components to avoid incorrect replacement.
FAQ
1.Is sea freight suitable for small batches of samples?
Air freight or courier is more recommended for samples and small batch orders, offering faster delivery and better value.
2.How is shipping calculated for orders under 0.5kg?
International logistics often uses a minimum billing unit of 0.5kg. Shipments under 0.5kg are charged as 0.5kg. We will optimize packaging to reduce weight as much as possible.
3.Will there be extra charges for overweight goods?
Exceeding the logistics weight limit will incur an overweight fee. We will pre-package and repackage to avoid additional costs.
4.Can you film the packing and shipping process?
Yes, we can provide full packing videos for paid or large orders, which are verifiable.
5.What if the quantity shipped is less than expected?
We will immediately check the inventory and packing records. If a shortage is confirmed, we will expedite the replacement free of charge.
