Product Description

Power board PS139A3 For BLT Biolight Q5 Patient Monitor Parts 16-100-0052 Circuit Component

Power Board Introduction:

This power board, model PS139A3 (PN16-100-00523), is the original factory-designed core power supply component for the Baolai Q5 monitor. It features a modular design with a green printed circuit board as its base, integrating key components such as a high-voltage transformer, industrial-grade capacitors, and multiple heat sinks. It efficiently and stably converts external AC power or internal battery power into various DC operating voltages required by the various circuit boards (such as the motherboard, display module, and signal acquisition module), ensuring the normal operation of the monitor. Its interface layout and voltage output parameters perfectly match the original design of the Q5 monitor, making it the preferred replacement part for equipment failure.

Main Functions:

1. Power Conversion and Distribution: Converts input AC power ( 100-240V AC) or DC battery voltage into multiple DC voltages required by various modules of the monitor, providing stable power to core components such as the motherboard, display screen, and parameter acquisition module, ensuring the normal operation of each monitor.

2. Safety Protection Mechanism: Built-in overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection circuits quickly cut off power supply when circuit abnormalities occur, preventing equipment damage or safety hazards. It also supports fault status signal feedback.

3. Battery Charging Management: When the monitor is connected to an external power source, this power board is responsible for the safe and efficient charging management of the built-in rechargeable battery pack.

4. Status Monitoring and Feedback: Equipped with a power status detection circuit, it provides real-time feedback on power supply stability, working with the monitor system to provide fault warnings, facilitating timely troubleshooting by medical personnel.

Disassemble the power:

1. Unscrew the stand screws of the cover, open the monitor, then part the front and the backcover board.

2. Disconnect the ribbon cables: Gently pinch the connector end of each ribbon cable and disconnect the ribbon cables connecting the power board to the motherboard, battery, display screen and other modules in sequence (note the corresponding connector of each ribbon cable to avoid reversing during installation).

3.  Unplug the power stand, get out the power and the stand, unscrew thestand screws of the power module, then get the power out.

Precautions for use:

1. Professional Operation: The installation, disassembly, and replacement of the power board must be performed by qualified medical equipment engineers. Operation by unauthorized personnel is strictly prohibited.

2. Power-Off Operation: Whether disassembling, assembling, or testing, the monitor's AC power cord and internal battery must be disconnected first. Do not operate while the power is on to prevent electric- shock or component damage.

3. Component Pre-inspection: Before installation, check the capacitors, heat sinks, and other components on the power board for damage. If bulging capacitors, deformed components, or burnt marks are found, do not use the power board, and do not modify it without authorization.

4. Regular Maintenance: Check the power board's wiring and component status every 6-12 months, and clean the dust from the heat sink to ensure efficient heat dissipation.

5. Storage Requirements: Spare power boards should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment free from strong magnetic fields. Avoid high temperatures (>40℃), high humidity (>80% RH), or heavy pressure to prevent component aging or circuit board deformation.
