►VGA Board Installation Steps

1. Power Off and Disconnect Power

Power off the ECG unit, unplug the power adapter and patient connection cable, then carefully remove the ECG back cover with a screwdriver.

2. Locate and Remove the Old VGA Board

Locate the VGA board to be replaced on the mainboard assembly. Disconnect all ribbon cables from the board, noting the corresponding position of each cable. Do not pull on the cables.

Unscrew all screws securing the VGA board. Carefully pull the old board out of its slot or remove it from its fixed position.

3. Install the New VGA Board

Accurately align the new board with the installation position and interface.

Press down by hand to ensure initial contact with the connectors, then tighten the screws, ensuring the board is flat and evenly stressed.

Reconnect all cables as before. Ensure each ribbon cable is fully inserted into its corresponding socket, then press down the latches to lock them in place.

4. Check and Assemble
