Description

Usage:

- System integration: The connection board is usually responsible for the protection of the external interface, and the cable plays a role in isolating the motherboard from external interference.

Features:

- The needle pitch is very small, adapting to the needs of high-density signal transmission.

- The interface end is equipped with an anti-reverse insertion protrusion or pin-missing design to prevent maintenance personnel from re-inserting during assembly and burning the motherboard or connection board.

- Cover with conductive cloth or use a double-sided tape shielding layer to prevent the weak fetal heart signal from being interfered by the high-frequency circuit of the motherboard during transmission, ensuring the accuracy of monitoring data.

Common Faults:

- Poor contact: Long-term use or frequent movement may cause the gold fingers at both ends of the cable to oxidize, or the connector locks to loosen, which may appear as "no probe" displayed on the screen or data jumps.

- Physical breakage: If the device is forcibly pulled during disassembly, or the cable is fatigued at the bend for a long time, the internal copper foil will break, causing the device to completely black out or be unable to communicate.
