Description

Purpose:

- Data transmission: The analog or digital signals collected by the connection board from the sensor are stably and losslessly transmitted to the main board for processing, analysis and display.

- Power supply connection: Provide stable operating voltage for various electronic components on the mainboard or connection board.

- Control signal transmission: transmit control instructions issued by the motherboard, such as controlling the transmitting frequency of the probe, switching between different channels, etc.

How to replace the installation?

- Disconnect all power sources from the tire monitor and wear an anti-static bracelet when operating it.

- Unscrew the housing fixing screws and open the housing.

- Locate the connection cable between the motherboard and the connection board and carefully disconnect the cable.

- Plug the new cable into the motherboard and connector board.

- Perform a power-on test while ensuring safety. After the test is completed, combine the housing, tighten the fixing screws, and complete the installation.
