21.53.112195012 EDAN F Series Fetal Monitor Power Board Main Power Supply PCB for Fetal Monitoring Systems
21.53.112195012 EDAN F Series Fetal Monitor Power Board Main Power Supply PCB for Fetal Monitoring Systems
- Product Description
This is an original power board for the EDAN F-series fetal monitor, model 21.53.112195012, specifically designed for the F-series fetal monitor. As shown in the picture, the power board adopts a green PCB substrate with a compact layout, integrating transformers, large capacity electrolytic capacitors, heat sinks, fuse holders, and multiple interface connectors. Its core function is to convert external AC power (100-240V) into the DC voltage required by the device, while managing the charging and discharging of the built-in 14.8V lithium battery, ensuring that the monitor can continue to work for more than 7 hours even in the event of a power outage.

- Common troubleshooting points
1. If the monitor fails to power on, first check the fuse on the power board (usually located at the power input).
2. If the machine frequently restarts or shuts down, it may be due to aging and failure of the electrolytic capacitors, leading to unstable voltage.
- Function
1. Multi-output management:
It not only outputs low-voltage DC power for the motherboard but also provides voltage for printers or external devices.
2. Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS):
It incorporates a battery charging management circuit. When AC power is connected, it intelligently controls the charging current to prevent overcharging; when AC power is disconnected, it immediately and seamlessly switches to battery power, and features battery level monitoring and low-battery protection.
3. Safety isolation:
As the intermediate link between AC power and patient contact equipment, it must have an extremely high level of electrical isolation to prevent leakage current from harming pregnant women and fetuses.
