Main Functions
1. The core component is responsible for stably transmitting the operation commands from the keypad (such as parameter adjustment, mode switching, and print control) to the mainboard, ensuring rapid response and accurate execution of every key press.
2. It provides a stable low-voltage power supply to the keypad, ensuring the normal operation of the indicator lights and key contacts, and preventing key malfunctions or indicator light failures due to unstable power supply.
3. The cable has a built-in shielding layer, effectively isolating electromagnetic interference from other medical equipment in the ward, preventing signal distortion, and avoiding accidental key triggering or command transmission interruptions.
4. It feeds back the keypad's operating status (such as whether the keys are working properly and whether the power supply is stable) to the mainboard, allowing the device to promptly identify and alert the user to key malfunctions.
Usage Precautions
1. When plugging or unplugging the connector, hold the connector body firmly and apply force smoothly. Do not pull the cable directly to avoid deforming the connector pins or breaking the cable, which could affect signal transmission.
2. During installation and use, keep the cable in its natural direction. Do not bend, squeeze, or twist the cable excessively to prevent internal wire breakage, which could lead to button malfunction.
3. Inspect the cable's appearance every 3-6 months for damage to the outer sheath, oxidation or blackening of the connectors, etc. If the buttons are unresponsive or do not react, first check if the connecting cable has poor contact or is damaged.
4. Spare connecting cables should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment free of corrosive gases. Avoid high temperatures (>40℃), high humidity (>80% RH), or heavy objects to prevent cable aging and insulation damage.
