Product Description

Comen C60 Patient Monitor Pump Solenoid Valve Assembly CJP37 C12B1 DC 12V OL1229CC

Introduction

This product is a pump and solenoid valve integrated assembly designed specifically for the C60 patient monitor. This compact electromechanical assembly is the core pneumatic drive unit of the monitor's noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP) measurement system. The assembly integrates a miniature DC diaphragm pump and a high-speed normally closed solenoid valve into a single, space-saving unit. The pump rapidly inflates the blood pressure cuff to the target pressure, while the solenoid valve provides precise, stepped deflation over the oscillometric measurement cycle. Both components are powered by a 12V DC power supply and are mounted on a ruggedized chassis with integrated shock absorption to minimize vibration transmission to the monitor chassis during pump operation. Gold-plated electrical terminals ensure reliable and corrosion-resistant connections, and the pneumatic interface is designed for secure connection to the monitor's internal tubing.

Advantages:

1. Dimensions, port positions, power supply voltage (DC 12V), and gas circuit interfaces are identical to the original components (1:1). No modifications are required after installation; direct replacement restores NIBP functionality, eliminating issues such as gas circuit misalignment, leaks, or power supply incompatibility.

2. The air pump provides stable inflation pressure, and the solenoid valve offers fast response and a tight seal, effectively preventing pressure fluctuations and leaks that could lead to blood pressure measurement failures or numerical deviations, meeting the stringent requirements of clinical diagnosis. Simultaneously, the air pump operates with low noise, minimizing disruption to the ward environment.

3. Core components utilize industrial-grade parts. The silicone gas circuit tubing is resistant to aging and deformation, supporting 24-hour continuous operation. This meets the high-frequency, long-term monitoring needs of hospitals, significantly reducing replacement frequency.

4. The air pump, solenoid valve, gas circuit tubing, and base are integrated into a single unit, eliminating the need for individual component disassembly. In case of malfunction, the entire unit can be disassembled, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance and ensuring uninterrupted clinical monitoring.

5. The component housing is made of medical-grade plastic with a smooth and easy-to-clean surface. It can be repeatedly wiped with medical disinfectant wipes/alcohol without yellowing or cracking, meeting the hospital's infection control requirements.

Installation Steps:

  •  Remove the brand new CJP37 C12B1 air pump solenoid valve assembly. Clean the mounting area of the unit, removing dust and impurities, ensuring there are no obstructions.
  • Align the assembly with the mounting holes on the unit, place it securely in place, and tighten the base screws evenly, using moderate force to avoid damaging the assembly or stripping the screws.
  • Following the markings from disassembly, reconnect the air lines to the assembly connectors one by one, ensuring the connections are secure, without bends, and that the air lines are leak-free.
  • Align the power connector with the power interface on the unit, inserting it securely and firmly to ensure good contact.
  • Organize the internal tubing and cables, avoiding any wiring/tubing being squeezed by the casing or near heating elements; replace the back cover and tighten the fixing screws.
  • Connect the power and turn on the unit. Test the non-invasive blood pressure function, observing whether the inflation, pressure holding, and deflation processes are normal and the blood pressure readings are accurate. Installation is now complete.

Precautions:

All disassembly and assembly must be performed with the equipment powered off. Never plug or unplug terminals while the power is on to prevent short circuits that could damage components or the main circuitry.

When connecting or disconnecting gas lines, operate smoothly in the direction of the connector. Do not twist or pull the lines forcefully to avoid cracking the lines, damaging the connectors, and causing gas leaks.

When cleaning components, only wipe the outer casing and the outer walls of the lines with a soft cloth or medical disinfectant wipes. Do not directly splash liquids into the air pump or solenoid valve to prevent moisture from seeping in and damaging the motor and coils.
