Comen C60 Patient Monitor Specifications Board 050-000307-03 Replacement Assembly
Product Introduction
This product is a parameter board assembly (part number: 050-000307-03 / CMA5D9A) designed for the C60 patient monitor. This parameter board uses a compact, green PCB with metal shielding on both sides, and integrates complete signal acquisition and processing circuitry for all major vital signs parameters. It features a highly integrated, space efficient design, combining ECG, RESP, NIBP, SpO₂, and dual-temperature measurement functions into a single module. The parameter board is equipped with foolproof connectors for connecting the monitor's mainboard, external parameter cables, and the blood pressure pump assembly. As the core data acquisition center of the C60 monitor, this parameter board receives raw physiological signals from sensors connected to the patient, performs real-time signal conditioning and processing using Comen's proprietary algorithms, and outputs clear digital data to the mainboard for display, storage, and alarm functions.
Main functions
1. Signal Acquisition and Processing: Receives weak raw electrical signals from each probe, amplifies the signals through an amplifier circuit, and then filters out electromagnetic noise and environmental interference in the ward. Finally, it resolves the signals into accurate monitoring data such as heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and body temperature, which are then synchronously transmitted to the main control board.
2. Status Monitoring and Alarm Linkage: Monitors the connection status of each parameter probe in real time. If a probe becomes detached, the signal is too weak, or there is poor contact, it immediately sends feedback to the main unit, triggering an audible and visual alarm to prevent missed monitoring.
3. Circuit Protection: Onboard overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuits prevent damage to the board and other modules of the main unit from abnormal voltage or signal overload.
Precautions
- Do not remove the shielding cover: The metal electromagnetic shielding cover on the board is crucial for ensuring anti-interference performance. Unauthorized removal is strictly prohibited, as it will cause parameter jumps and distortions, affecting monitoring accuracy.
- Properly insert and remove ribbon cables: When inserting or removing ribbon cables, always hold the clips; do not pull the cables directly. Use the correct locking mechanism; do not force reverse insertion to prevent pin deformation and board burnout.
