Disassembly Steps
1. Turn off the power to the Comen C60 monitor, disconnect the power cord and all external probes, and place the device securely on an anti-static workbench while ensuring proper anti-static precautions are observed.
2. Remove the device's front bezel to access the touchscreen attached to the front of the display panel. Gently lift the double-sided adhesive along the edges, then slowly peel the touchscreen away from the display panel, taking care not to scratch the underlying screen.
3. Locate the FPC ribbon cable connector at the end of the touchscreen. Pinch the latches on both sides of the connector to release it, then steadily pull the ribbon cable free (strictly avoid pulling directly on the cable itself) to remove the old touchscreen.
