►Wiring Steps:

1. Disassembly

Remove the screws from the main unit casing, carefully separate the top cover from the base, paying attention to the connecting cables.

2. Identify the Motherboard and Display Board

Motherboard: The largest circuit board in the device, connecting the power supply, buttons, printer module, etc.

Display Board: Fixed behind the screen, connected to the motherboard via a wide ribbon cable (FPC/FFC).

3. Connect the Display Cable

Connection Method: The display cable may use a flip-top or through-hole connector.

Steps: If it's a flip-top type, gently lift the latch, insert the cable smoothly into the bottom, ensuring the metal contacts face the correct direction, and then press the latch down. If it's a through-hole type, directly insert the cable into the slot until you hear a "click" to lock it in place.

4. Connect the Motherboard Cable

Connection Method: Usually also uses a ribbon cable connection, requiring extra care.

Steps: Correctly insert the ribbon cable into the corresponding interface on the motherboard, ensuring the latch is locked.

5. Connect Other Cables

Following the disassembly notes, reconnect the power cord, speaker cable, printhead cable, etc., one by one.

6. Assembly and Testing

Gently press the cable in place to ensure it is not squeezed by the casing. Reinstall the casing but do not tighten the screws. Connect the power and test the screen display and button functions. If everything is normal, then proceed with the formal assembly.
