1. Disassembly Procedure

Press the button on the expiratory cartridge, tilt it upwards, and then pull it out. When removing it from the ventilator, first press the rear locking arm to tilt the user interface, then press the button on the expiratory cartridge to disassemble.

2. Cleaning and Disinfection

Cleaning and maintaining the expiratory cartridge is crucial for ensuring the safe operation of the ventilator. It is important to emphasize that the expiratory cartridge does not require sterilization before use—as it is not an invasive device, normal cleaning is sufficient. The expiratory cartridge is a precision instrument and must be handled with care.

3. Valve Membrane Maintenance

As a single unit, all components of the expiratory cartridge, except the valve membrane, must not be disassembled or replaced by the user.
