Carewell ECG-1112 Electrocardiograph Power Management Board Wiring
Carewell ECG-1112 Electrocardiograph Power Management Board Wiring
Product Introduction
The power management board wiring harness of the Carewell ECG-1112 consists of the internal cables connecting the device's power board to its power management board. This essentially forms the main power backbone within the machine; it's a large bundle of cables responsible for transmitting the converted DC voltage from the device's power supply or battery power to the corresponding circuit board, which then distributes it to other parts of the machine.
This wiring harness is a crucial link in delivering power from the conversion stage to the distribution stage. This harness is an OEM-specified component, made with medical-grade materials and anti-static protection, and is supplied exclusively as a direct replacement part for the ECG-1112 series devices.
About Wiring
On the power board side, the harness plugs into a connector labeled J1. On the power management board side, it plugs into another keyed connector labeled J2 [7†L19-L23].
Remove the old Wiring
1. Open the casing by removing the screws that hold the top or rear cover – the exact screw layout varies a bit between ECG‑1112 models, so take note of where each one came from.
2. Locate the J1 connector on the power board and the J2 connector on the power management board. They‘re usually white plastic housings, distinct from the smaller signal cables.
3. Carefully loosen the J1 and J2 connectors by releasing their locking latches if present. Do not pull on the wires themselves , grip the connector body.
4.Unthread the harness from any cable management clips or guides inside the chassis, then lift it out completely.
Precautions for Use
- All wiring installation and removal must be conducted with the ECG machine fully powered off. Instant current impact caused by live plugging will permanently damage the power management board and mainboard circuits.
- Never pull the wire body directly during disassembly; hold the connector base for plugging instead, so as to avoid breaking internal copper cores or bending interface pins.
- Follow the original wiring route strictly during installation. Wrong wire sequence or reversed connection will lead to short circuit and burn out internal electronic components.
- Avoid sharp bending, extrusion and torsion of the wiring. Reasonable wire arrangement prevents wire damage caused by case compression after equipment assembly.
- Keep wiring away from high-heat components inside the machine to prevent insulation layer aging and peeling accelerated by long-term high temperature.
