In the Comen STAR8000C monitor, the connection cable between the NIBP module and the motherboard is the only channel for power supply, control, and signal transmission. It mainly provides a stable 12V drive power supply between the motherboard and the NIBP module, transmits precise control commands, and sends back weak pressure sensor signals.

Features:

- The wiring harness contains multiple independent control lines, each transmitting signals for "pump start/stop," "fast release valve open/close," and "linear vent valve (proportional valve) adjustment."

- Utilizes twisted-pair shielded cable, with the shield grounded at the motherboard terminal, effectively preventing electromagnetic interference from the 12V pump/valve circuitry and external sources from entering.

- The cable transmits superimposed cuff hydrostatic pressure (DC) and pulsating waves (weak AC). High-quality shielding ensures that the weak pulsating waves are not drowned out by pump/valve switching noise during transmission.

Functions:

- Transmits the 12V DC power from the motherboard to the air pump and solenoid valves within the module, providing power for inflation and deflation.

- Multiple independent control lines transmit commands from the motherboard to the module in real time, precisely controlling the pump's start/stop and the opening/closing and linear adjustment of each valve.

- Highly shielded signal lines accurately transmit the cuff static pressure and weak pulse oscillation waves collected by the pressure sensor back to the motherboard for calculation.
