This acquisition board is located at the top of the entire module assembly, paired with the base plate below, forming the complete ECG & human impedance acquisition module of the D3 defibrillator.

The acquisition board is made of PCB board material, with a yellow high-voltage insulation strip on the surface to separate the high-voltage circuit from the low-voltage circuit, preventing high-voltage electricity from damaging the low-voltage circuit during defibrillation and ensuring the normal operation of the defibrillator.

Q1: The AED analysis directly indicates "signal loss," with no hardware errors reported. Which component on the circuit board is likely to cause this fault?

A1: It may be a fault in the circuitry responsible for electrode input on the upper acquisition board, preventing the original ECG signal from being transmitted to the chip. Replacing the entire upper board will restore signal acquisition.

Q2: The defibrillator's ECG waveform drifts significantly, even after replacing the electrode pads. Which part of the parameter module is faulty?

A2: First, check if the baseboard cable is pressing against the circuit board. If external components are normal, the signal amplification channel operational amplifier on the upper board is aging, causing unstable signal sampling. Replacing the upper acquisition board will resolve the waveform drift.

Q3: The pin header on the side of the upper plate has slight oxidation and blackening. Can it be repaired by grinding and reused?

A3: Grinding can only remove the oxide layer temporarily. In the humid environment of the delivery room, oxidation will quickly recur, causing the ECG waveform to disappear intermittently. It is recommended to replace the acquisition plate directly.
