This is the power board for the Mindray D3 defibrillator. It's an original, salvaged part, in good working order. It can be tested and confirmed to be error-free before shipment.

The bottom of the power board features an L-shaped circuit board design with two sides, A and B. Side A has multiple capacitors and metal mounting brackets, converting external AC power into DC power (5V, 6V, etc.) required by the internal components. Side B contains solder joints, primarily responsible for data processing. It also has a metal cover for heat dissipation, preventing the power board from overheating and shutting down.

1. Multi-channel output voltage

Independent channels provide stable voltages to each major component of the device without interference, ensuring normal monitoring, charging, and discharging.

2. Multiple safety protections

The power board integrates multiple protection circuits for overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating, short circuit, and reverse battery connection. In the event of an internal short circuit, the output is immediately cut off to prevent high voltage from burning out the mainboard.

3. Integrated Battery Charging Management

Features a built-in charging control circuit that automatically balances the charging of the internal battery when an external power source is connected, automatically stopping charging when fully charged to prevent overcharging and bulging, ensuring extended battery life for emergency situations.

4. Built-in Heat Dissipation Structure

The power board has a heat sink at the bottom, designed for high power, preventing overheating and shutdown during prolonged continuous monitoring and multiple defibrillation discharges.

Q1: My D3 defibrillator has no indicator lights after plugging it in. Replacing the power cord and battery doesn't turn it on. Is the power board faulty?

A1: First, check the power input socket for burning. If the socket is intact, the power board is faulty and has no voltage output, requiring replacement.

Q2: The defibrillator charging speed is significantly slower, it doesn't fully charge, and frequently shuts down mid-charge. Is the power board faulty?

A2: This may be due to capacitor degradation on the power board, resulting in insufficient output power and an inability to quickly boost the high-voltage energy storage capacitor. Replacing the entire power board should restore the charging speed.

Q3: The heat sink at the bottom of the power board is very hot, causing the device to frequently shut down automatically. Can I replace only the heat sink?

A3: The root cause of the overheating is the aging of the power components. Simply replacing the heatsink is only a temporary fix and the device will still shut down due to overheating protection. It is recommended to replace the entire power board.
