►Installation Steps

1.Disconnect all power and remove the built-in battery.

2.Remove the old sensor and the oxygen inlet assembly. Then, carefully disconnect the sensor terminals using pointed tweezers, noting the position and color of each wire to prevent incorrect installation. Separate the sensor from the gas path adapter plate.

3.After removing the sensor, remove the filter underneath.

Thoroughly clean the mounting slots on the gas path adapter plate with a lint-free cotton swab dipped in anhydrous ethanol. Finally, blow away any dust and debris with a compressed air canister.

4.Install the new sensor, placing the new sensor and filter in place, aligning them with the screw holes.

Reconnect the sensor terminals in the previously noted order.

Finally, reinstall the oxygen inlet assembly.

5.Post-installation check: Connect the gas supply and check all connections for leaks.

6.System self-test: After powering on, allow the ventilator to perform a full System Self-Test (SST) to ensure the new sensor is correctly recognized and without errors.
