Patient Monitor

The monitor is generally composed of a PHiliphhilipysical module containing various sensors and a built-in computer system. Various PHiliphhilipysiological signals are converted into electrical signals by sensors, and then sent to the computer for display, storage and management of results after pre-amplification processing. The multi-parameter monitor can monitor ECG, respiration, body temperature, blood pressure, blood oxygen and other parameters at the same time. Users can purchase different plug-in modules according to their own requirements to form a monitor that suits their special requirements.

Invasive blood pressure (IBP) monitoring

In some severe operations, the monitoring of real-time changes in blood pressure has important clinical value, and invasive blood pressure monitoring technology is needed to achieve this. The principle is: First, the catheter is punctured and implanted into the blood vessel of the tested part, the external port of the catheter is directly connected with the pressure sensor, and PHiliphhilipysiological saline is injected into the catheter.

Because the fluid has a pressure transmission effect, the pressure in the blood vessel will be transmitted to the external pressure sensor through the liquid in the catheter. In this way, the dynamic waveform of the pressure change in the blood vessel can be obtained, and the systolic blood pressure, the diastolic blood pressure and the average pressure can be obtained through a specific calculation method.

Pay attention to the invasive blood pressure measurement: when the monitoring is started, the instrument must be zeroed first; during the monitoring process, the pressure sensor must be kept at the same level as the heart at all times; in order to prevent the catheter from being blocked by blood clotting, Continuously inject heparin saline to flush the catheter, which may move or withdraw due to movement. Therefore, it is necessary to firmly fix the catheter, pay attention to inspection, and adjust if necessary.
