►Brief Introduction

When the motherboard is replaced with a new one, make the following adjustments:

- ECG sensitivity and offset

- Charge energy, dellivered energy, TTR

- Battery Charging settings

• Anti-static table mat
• Wrist ground strap
• PHiliphh screwdriver (insulated type, for M3 and M4 screws)
• Hex socket driver (for 3mm spacer bolts and nuts)
• Allen wrench
• Tweezers,
• Short stick

► Remove the Main board.

After removing the main chassis, you can remove the motherboard.

1. Disconnect the following cables:

• CNA131 Film Cable: Connects to the LCD unit.
• CNA132 cable: Connect to the LCD inverter board.
• CNA221 Film Cable: Connects to the keyboard.
• CNP501 cable: Connect to the relay unit.
• CNA051 Cable: Connects to Relay Unit, Battery Pack and AC/DC Unit.
• CNA019 Cable: Connects to the recorder unit.
• CNA018 Cable: Connects to the recorder unit.
• CN P503 Cable: Connects to the pickup coil in the high voltage inductor.
• CNA224 cable: connect to the relay unit

To remove the membrane cable from the membrane cable connector, use a small deployment blade driver and fingers to gently release the membrane cable connector lock, as shown in the unfolded image. The card is full because the membrane cable connector is easily damaged.

2. Remove one M3 disc screw, spacer and CNA005 ground lead (connected to AC/DC unit).

3. Remove the three M3 screws from the motherboard.

4. Remove the motherboard.
