Printer test

The printer is tested in standard mode. Check for paper, and then press the print key. A manual printout will then be printed at 25 mm/s.

Use the ruler to check the printout grid. If there is a deviation, reset the motor speed (see Motor Adjustment on page 42 for details).

Device does not print:

- Is the paper inserted correctly? (thermal side up)

- Is the flat ribbon cable connected to the printer okay?

- Mechanical failure in paper transport, paper feed?

- No paper platinum runs approx. 1 second

- the flaps are not fully closed

- The print key on the membrane keyboard does not respond when pressed (perform a key test)

- Is the motor running? Or the print head voltage? Or move to the data line of the print head? No --> Defective PCB figures?

Recording

Delayed ECG recording stored in the signal memory. (Tape length is 16 seconds, including 4 seconds history) in case of alarm. with alphanumeric text on the edge of the sheet:

- heartbeat frequency

- drive

- Filter

- date

- time

- card speed

- Record the cause (defibrillation, alarm, manual)

- selected power

- Power transfer

- synchronization indicator

- Text (username / hospital / clinic)

After receiving the ECG, print a patient identification document with name, date of birth, user, comment, date, time, energy, and alarm limits.
