The XSG-12 Large Spin Flash Dryer is engineered for efficient drying of cassava flour and various powder, granule, lump, and mud materials. Working Principle
Hot air enters through the bottom pipe with optimal spouting velocity into the drying chamber, creating strong shear forces that lift and rotate materials. This centrifugal action, combined with shear, collision, and friction, enhances mass transfer efficiency. Larger particles undergo mechanical crushing while smaller particles rise with the rotating airflow for further drying, resulting in superior production intensity.
