High Temperature Synthetic Fiberglass For SMT Solder Pallet

 

Generally, it is performed in the order of reflow soldering to wave soldering. At the wave soldering process, it is necessary to apply solder only to soldering part, with the components mounted by reflow soldering being protected. Solder pallet is the tool used in the process of wave soldering. It has pockets to protect the pre-mounted components and has through-holes to apply solder only to soldering spots.

Characteristics

 

Low thermal conductivity, resistance, high temperature resistance,can work continuous temperature 280C, antistatic, light weight, chemical corrosion resistance, etc.

 

Applicaton

 

Mould, plastic mold, heat press insulation board, electrical insulation material, high temperature and high pressure insulation parts for machinery, etc.
