What we should concern at the operation progress of wave solder ?
1.The product should be wave soldered and inspected (after all soldering parameters reach the set value)

2.Adjust the welding parameters according to the PCB welding results
 
3.Carry out continuous soldering production, connect the printed circuit board at the exit of the wave soldering, put it into the anti-static turnover box after inspection, and send the repair board for subsequent processing; during the continuous soldering process, each printed board should be checked for soldering defects Serious printed boards should be re-soldered immediately. If there are still defects after welding, the cause should be found out, and the process parameters should be adjusted before continuing welding.
