The bowl part of the tundish nozzle is available with Al2O3-C, MgO-C and spinel-C based and the main body is Al2O3-C based. The main component of the inner core is zirconia, which has the characteristics of high fire resistance, good thermal shock stability, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, small diameter expansion and long life.
