Total 3 working position as following:

#1 Pouch magazine & pick-up the pouch

#2 Bag open and products filling (bag’s top open by hand gripper) and bottom opened by vacuum cup)

#2 Option:  gas flush device  (option)

#3 Sealing position (heat seal ) and feed out conveyor

Machine Equipment:

1. English touch screen display

2. Include one timing hoper for one bag width (Size to be confirmed)

3. Servo motor controlled the bag moving

4. ”Yudian” PID temperature controller 48*48

5. 304 stainless steel machine framing

6. Vacuum pump to provide vacuum for pouch pickup and opening, reliable, lower noise and less maintenance.
