Working position description and procedure:

Total 3 working position as following:

#1 Pouch magazine & pick-up the pouch

#2 Bag open and products filling (bag’s top open by hand gripper) and bottom opened by vacuum cup)

#2 Option:  gas flush device  (option)

#3 Sealing position (heat seal ) and feed out conveyor

Machine Equipment:

1. “Panasonic” PLC and “Kinco” control system to control whole machine (as standard).

2. Servo motor controlled the bag moving

3. Vacuum pump to provide vacuum for pouch pickup and opening, reliable, lower noise and less maintenance.

4. ”Yudian” PID temperature controller 48*48

5. Include one timing hoper for one bag width (Size to be confirmed)

6. 304 stainless steel machine framing

7. English touch screen display
