301: Compared with 304 steel, Cr, Ni content is less, cold working tensile strength and hardness increase,
no magnetic, but after cold working magnetic. Application: train, aircraft, conveyor belt, vehicle, bolt, nut,
spring, screen.
301L: On the basis of 301 steel, reduce the content of C, improve the resistance of welding joint to grain
boundary corrosion; N element is added to make up for the lack of strength caused by the reduction of C
content to ensure the strength of steel. Application: Railway vehicle frame and exterior decoration materials.
