A1: Our manufacturing base is located in Chengdu, China, starting in 2017. We have 50 experienced workers, professional R&D team and good sales and production management.

Q2: How do you guarantee the quality?

A2: Our professional designers will confirm all details with you before production, and our experienced engineers will strictly control the quality of each process.

Q3: Can you customize the logo for my store?

A3: Yes, please send your design to us in PDF, CDR, AI or EPS format. If you don’t have a design, please send us the picture or text of the logo you want to make, and tell us the size, color, and font.

Q4: How to install the sign?

A4: We will send you 1:1 installation template paper. Please tell us whether you install it with bolts or glue. If you want to install the sign by bolts, we will punch holes on the back of the sign and send you the bolts.

Q5: How can you send the items?

A5:We can send the items by air express if the quantity is small. If the quantity is a lot, we advise transport by boat, air express is fast but expensive, by boat is cheap but slow.
