Euro 4/5 Diesel Particulate Filter with Precious Metal Coating
Our advanced Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) features a sophisticated on-wall precious metal coating system using platinum, rhodium, and palladium to effectively capture and eliminate harmful particulate matter from diesel engine exhaust.
Working Principle
The DPF system operates through a dual-chamber design where filtration and regeneration occur in separate areas. Exhaust gases containing carbon particles enter the filter chamber, where a dense metal fiber felt filter captures and adsorbs the particulate matter. When particle accumulation reaches optimal levels, an automatic burner ignites and converts the captured soot into harmless carbon dioxide.
