The Ammonia Injection Mixing System is engineered for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) flue gas denitration applications, delivering efficient nitrogen oxide removal with NOx levels below 10ppm.
Working Principle
When fluid bypasses non-streamline objects, antisymmetric vortices form in the wake, creating alternating rotating pairs. Our optimized nozzle system injects ammonia perpendicular to flue gas flow through four spray holes at a 90-degree angle, significantly enhancing contact, diffusion, and mixing duration between ammonia and flue gas. This advanced design improves mixing strength and uniformity while ensuring complete reaction between ammonia and nitrogen oxides, effectively reducing system nitrogen escape rates.
