Euro 4 5 DPF SCR Denox Catalyst System with 80-170mm Diameter Range for NOx Reduction
This advanced exhaust treatment system combines Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) technologies to effectively reduce NOx emissions and particulate matter from diesel engines, meeting Euro 4 and Euro 5 emission standards.
The system operates by injecting 32.5% urea aqueous solution into the exhaust stream, where it undergoes pyrolysis and hydrolysis to generate ammonia (NH3). This ammonia then reacts with nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the presence of a catalyst, converting harmful emissions into harmless nitrogen gas (N2) and water.
