It can adjust fricion between template and nylon sleeve through locking taper bolt, special nylon material it used for the product, thus, the product has good abrasion resistance and heat resistance, although heat resistant templerature of nylon sleeve is 150 °C , It will cause durability of nylon sleeve resuce for continuous locking stress of taper bolt in actual use process, please use it below 80°C

Installation method:

Embed nylon sleeve in template of moving die about 3mm, implement rough finishing on inner surface of template hole of fixed die and implement filleting R of insertion mouth of template surface, if chamfer C is implemented, its surability will reduce
