It is used with Misimi's nylon mold clamp products, mainly to ensure the quality of nylon mold clamp products and prolong product life.
The bushing product is treated with S45C material surface ferric oxide protective film, which can effectively avoid the damage and failure of the nylon clamp due to rust during the forming and production process of the mold.
Product Features:
By using the PLBS bushing, the hole can be installed without polishing and R-angle machining.
Because the bottom hole M of PLBS is larger than the hexagon socket on the head of the PL bolt, a hexagon wrench can be inserted, and installation, adjustment and maintenance can be performed easily.
