Ⅰ. Product description

The embedded thermal resistance used in motor is usually used to measure the stator temperature of large, medium and small motor (generator, motor). Due to the special installation position of the embedded thermal resistance for motor, there are high requirements for the size, high temperature resistance, insulation resistance, insulation strength, pressure resistance, anti-interference and thermal response time of the thermal resistance. The embedded thermal resistance products for motor produced by our company have the advantages of high precision, high stability, high temperature resistance, high insulation, anti corona, anti magnetization, etc., and the design service life is more than 15 years

Ⅱ. Product features

1. Chip type temperature sensing element and laser welding technology are used to prevent the solder joints from loosening or falling off under the strong vibration, which effectively improves the stability of measurement.

2. The wound type temperature sensing element is made of high-purity platinum wire wound into a spring (or other shape) and evenly embedded in the insulating plate. The temperature monitored by the wound type thermal resistance is the average temperature in the specified range.

3. The cable insulation layer is made of high temperature resistant and tensile resistant materials.

4. Packaging materials take into account, in particular, the resistance to magnetization, temperature, heat conduction and insulation.

5. The technical indexes are in accordance with jbt10500.1-2005, jbt10500.2-2005 and iec60751.
