Double Sleeve Temperature Sensor Wiring Accurate Measurement

 

The sensor is dismantled without stopping to realize the rapid disassembly and assembly of the sensor. The temperature sensor of the double-tube structure is adopted at the measuring points of the air temperature, water pipeline and oil pipeline.

Steam temperature before and after desuperheater of steam system

The steam temperature before and after the desuperheater is generally high-temperature and high-pressure welded temperature sleeves, and the sleeve material is the same as the pipe material. Usually use Φ5 or Φ6 armored components for temperature measurement.

Boiler steam temperature

The boiler steam temperature measurement points include the steam temperature at the outlet of the superheater and the steam temperature at the outlet of the reheater. Generally, welded integrally drilled temperature casing or high temperature and high pressure type temperature casing are used, and the material selection is the same as that of the pipe

 

3. Product Feature of the Pipeline and auxiliary temperature sensor

With double sleeve structure, the outer sleeve is fixed on the pipeline for sealing treatment. If the use environment allows, the sensor can be installed and disassembled without stopping the machine, realizing flexible wiring, reliable and convenient.

Chip-type temperature-sensing components are used inside and laser welded to enhance stability.

The temperature measuring resistor adopts the threaded structure of the movable ferrule. Its advantage is that the insertion depth of the temperature measuring resistor can be arbitrarily controlled. At the same time, when the temperature measuring resistor is installed and removed, only the movable nut needs to be tightened, and the tail wire will not rotate with it.

The wire can be protected by a stainless steel metal hose to avoid mechanical damage to the wire and facilitate field wiring.

Oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant conductors have reliable shielding, which guarantees no aging and cracking for 8 years.
