Pall Ring
The pall ring is made of metal sheet and has two rows of window holes with internal protruding blades on the ring wall. Each row of window holes has five tongue lobes, each tongue leaf curved to the ring, pointing to the ring center, almost overlap in the center, the position of the upper and lower window holes staggered each other, the total area of the hole is about 35% of the entire ring wall area.
The material of metallic random packing including carbon steel and stainless steel,due to its thin wall, high void and capacity, low fluid resistance,and heat& corrosion resistance,it is very suitable for the process of the heat sensitivity,easy decomposing,easy polymerzation and easy carbonization in the vacuum rectifying towers.
The Metalic random packing including Conjugated ring, VSP ring Intalox saddles; Twin curved saddles, HQM flat ring, Cascade ring and Pall ring.
