1. Product introduction

3. Method of operation

1. Before using glue every day, mix material a evenly with electric hand drill, and shake material B.

2. Turn on the electric heating plate and adjust the temperature to 40-50 ℃. In winter, preheat a and B materials in small containers.

3. Wipe the mold with mold release agent.

4. Mix a and B materials in the ratio of 100:40, then add 40% talc powder, and use 2800 RPM motor to stir the mixed glue solution. The stirring time is determined by the amount of glue, about 7-10 seconds per 100 grams of glue.

5. Pour the evenly mixed liquid into the mold, and then put the paper core to exert pressure.

6. Demould after 10 minutes.

4 . Do’s and don’ts

1. This product is generally stored in a dry room, and pay attention to waterproof, moisture, sun protection. The inner plug and outer cover must be well covered to avoid the rubber absorbing moisture in the air and affecting the use effect.

2. A / b material can be used normally at room temperature (25 ℃), if the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the use effect. Manual cooling or heating must be used.

3. The mold must be coated with release agent before pouring, and the mold can be poured only after it is dry.
