3.usage method
1. The surface of the end cover shall be cleaned to remove oil and dust, and dried thoroughly. There shall be no oil, water and other foreign matters on the surface, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength.
2. Before batching, mix or invert the material a in the barrel, mix the material a and material B according to the ratio of 6:1, and fully mix evenly.
3. Inject an appropriate amount of adhesive into the end cap and place it for a moment to make the adhesive surface smooth and coated on all parts of the end cap.
4. Insert the filter element paper (or add a central pipe) into the end cover, check the surfaces of the two adhesive parts to ensure that they are in full contact, and then put a little pressure on the top to stand.
5. After curing for about 1 hour, turn over and glue with the other end cover. Package after 24 hours of complete drying, and use after 5 days.
