3. Method of operation

 1. The surface of the end cover shall be cleaned to remove oil and dust, and dried thoroughly. There shall be no oil, water and other foreign matters on the surface, otherwise it will affect the bonding strength.
 2. Inject an appropriate amount of adhesive into the end cap and place it for a moment to make the adhesive surface smooth and coated on all parts of the end cap.
 3. Insert the filter element paper (or add a central pipe) into the end cover, check the surfaces of the two adhesive parts to ensure that they are in full contact, and then put a little pressure on the top to stand.
 4. After curing for about 1 hour, turn over and glue with the other end cover. Package after 24 hours of complete drying, and use after 5 days.

4. Do’s and don’ts

1. The products are generally stored in a dry room, and pay attention to water, moisture and sun. Must cover the plug and cover, to avoid absorbing rubber moisture in the air, affect the results

2. Mould must be painted in front of the mould release agent,to be poured glue dry before.

3. A.B glue in ordinary temperature of 25 °C properly used, if the temperature is too high or too low will affect the use effect. You must use artificial methods of cooling or heating.

5. Matters Needing Attention

During bonding, the cover shall be cleaned without dirt. It is best to apply some glue on the cover first, then brush glue on the adhesive strip, and wait a few minutes before bonding.
