5. Production process
At present, we use the advanced production equipment of wkc-2000 CNC punch in China. Stepping servo motor product feeding and PLC logic control make the product accuracy reach / -0.15mm, and implement standardized management. It can punch plates within the range of 10mm-0.2mm
6. Installation method
Preserve mounting holes on the side of the finished punching mesh, and use screws or rivets for fixed installation. The use of screws to fix is mainly used in mechanical protection, exterior wall decoration, etc., and the use of rivets to fix and install is mainly used in indoor ceilings and other fields.
7. Matters Needing Attention
Stainless steel punching mesh has small heat conduction and large heating expansion (austenite overall system), so cutting fluid with good cooling performance should be selected for lubrication during punching. The work hardening of 304 metal punching mesh near normal temperature is greatly affected by temperature, and the formability is greatly affected by temperature and speed. Generally, under high temperature and high speed conditions, the n value decreases and the formed parts deteriorate. Therefore, using the warm processing method of temperature affecting volume can obtain very good stamping performance.
8. Packing method
A very thin stainless steel punching net, one or two, if delivered, whether express or logistics, will take one way: roll it up and wrap it in a packaging bag.
