The Details of the HN22024 JEDEC Matrix Tray

HN22024 tray is made of the industrial raw materials PPE injection molding. It has its own matrix pocket design, with a unique cavity corresponding to the size and specifications of the customer's chip or electronic component. The adsorption position will be designed in the middle of the cavity, which is convenient for the automatic equipment to pick up the installed products.

At the same time, the tray has a surface resistance of 1.0x10e4-1.0x10e11Ω and is distributed with 14 x 7 matrix pockets. The proper pocket size ensure the smooth loading. It not only fits the product size perfectly, but also provides comprehensive protection in different environments.
