The machine is a high-tech filling equipment that is programmable by microcomputer (PLC), photoelectric sensing and pneumatic execution. This model is designed for food, such as: white wine, soy sauce, vinegar, seasonings, vegetable oil, syrup, mineral water and other edible liquids and pesticide chemical liquid filling. The filling uses fixed flow path parameters to control the filling time to achieve different metering filling. The precise time of pneumatic valve filling can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can control the measurement accuracy within ±1% error range, reduce unnecessary material loss and improve user economic benefits. The metering of each filling head can be individually adjusted to achieve consistent filling metering. This machine sets the bottle feeding technical program, no bottle, the counting is not in place, and the filling is started only when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of filled bottles. The amount of filling can be adjusted to the required filling volume, and then fine-tuned to obtain the ideal filling measurement accuracy.
