Test Principle

This reagent forms a double-antibody sandwich complex with SAA and is equipped with a fluorescence detector to detect the concentration of SAA in serum, plasma and whole blood. The sample reacts with the fluorescently labeled SAA mouse anti-human monoclonal antibody coated on the sample pad to form an antigen-antibody complex, which is then chromatographed to nitrocellulose On the plain membrane, it reacts specifically with the coated SAA mouse anti-human monoclonal antibody and is captured. The amount of captured fluorescent complex is positively correlated with the concentration of SAA in the sample.
