Reference interval

<0.30ng/ml

Refer to CLSI C28-A2 "The Definition and Determination of Reference Intervals for Medical Laboratories-Second Edition of Approval Guidelines" to verify the transfer of the reference interval of Troponin I .

Due to differences in geography, race, and age, it is recommended that each laboratory establish its own reference interval.

Result interpretation

If the concentration of troponin I in the sample is lower than 0.10ng/ml, the report result is <0.10ng/ml; the concentration of troponin I is higher than 40.00ng/ml, and the report result is >40.00ng/ml.

If the concentration of troponin I in the sample exceeds 40.00ng/ml, it is recommended to dilute it with normal saline and measure it, and multiply the report result by the dilution factor.

The test results of this reagent are for clinical reference only, and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients should be comprehensively considered in conjunction with their symptoms/signs, medical history, and other examination results.

Limitation

Anti-interference capability: There is no significant interference to the result up to concentration of cholesterol 60 mg/ml, bilirubin 2 mg/ml, triglyceride 40mg/ml .
